Celebrating with pride Indiana’s unique history, landmarks, attractions, and festivals.
As Indiana celebrates its 200th year of statehood, we recognize the many communities that make Indiana a wonderful place to live and to visit. From college and agricultural towns to tourist spots and industrial centers, Indiana communities are extraordinarily diverse.
There’s something special about each place in Indiana, and we only wish we could have included every town on this map. We started with communities that have a Main Street organization.
This is, after all, a project of Main Street, and the proceeds from sales go to toward MainStreet Rockville’s revitalization and restoration projects.
The artwork for the Bicentennial Map was created by Liz Maginity Woods, a graphic designer turned small business owner. She lives and works in Rockville.
Commemorative posters and puzzles are available at many retail outlets across the state.
